I found chiropractic almost 20 years ago—but maybe chiropractic found me. I was studying at the U of A , with an interest in working with kids and supporting their growing bodies in some kind of way. I applied for a summer job in a chiropractic office and the rest is history! After only 2 months of being surrounded by countless lives being changed through chiropractic care, I knew this was what I needed to do and be a part of for the rest of my life!

I’ve always been passionate about supporting families and love working with kids. I love teaching kids about their amazing body and nervous system, encouraging them to listen to what their body is telling them, and providing space for their whole family to take a proactive approach to their health care. If symptoms or health challenges arise (as they inevitably do in our stressful world!), my hope is that more families lean into chiropractic care as a way to address underlying stresses on their nervous system that are impacting their body’s ability to heal and function optimally.

I am certified by the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics, Webster Technique certified, and I am a Pediatric-Chiropractic nerd, committed to continually learning so that I can be your kid’s BEST chiropractor.

You can find me indulging in Edmonton’s food scene with my husband, Alex, and walking our dog Siku (though I’m sure Alex would argue he does a better job at that!)

The first 4 years of my career were spent practicing in Edinburgh, Scotland which fuelled a love for highland cows and travelling. Though weekends away in Europe were far more accessible while there, I often have at least one adventure planned that involves a long flight or road trip.

Summers are filled with time in the garden and DIY-ing our 1912 home. During our snowy months, you can find me cozied up knitting or enjoying weekend trips in the mountains snowboarding.

When I’m not in practice…
